Sh-sh-shake it

Nicely done! Great way to spend time when stuck in the airport.

Fantastic board game app for the iPhone!

I was curious about iNetMania after checking out the screens – it looked intriguing so I downloaded it, and am extremely happy with my decision! It’s a simple yet deep board game experience. The object of the game is straightforward enough – make your way across the game board (using an awesome accelerometer-based rolling mechanism) and try to build a successful website with more visitors and more cash reserves than your opponents. I’ve played several times already, both with AI and human opponents, and it’s a fun, entertaining way to spend 20 or so minutes. I HIGHLY recommend checking out iNetMania!

Great game! Its like a sophisticated monopoly. Playing with both the AI and friends is a blast and its a great way to kill 30 minutes. Worth the money.

Finally a Great Board Game for the iPhone!

I am so thrilled that board games are making a breakthrough to the iPhone. The graphics on this game are great, and the game is simple and not too complex to catch onto and learn how to play. Even though this is a board game for the iPhone without the board, you still get great features and similarities to playing a real board game, the fact that you can shake the dice and it looks so real makes this game that much more fun. I also love the fact that you can play by yourself or with other players. The fact that you can play by yourself is something that you cannot do with the boardgame. This game is fun, exciting, and awesome to play! I would definitely reccommend buying it!

Impressive family game

iNetMania is a marvelous game; I bought to play with my young teenagers. It is a great modern version of a classic board game; you roll dice out of a 3D cup (very cool graphics) and work your way through the board trying to make the best website. It has a good amount of decision making, often with some challenges in a simplistic straightforward way. iNetMania was instantly our new family favorite.

Great app

This is a really fun, yet simple game. I only wish it kept track of the wins/losses for your profiles.

It was alright...

I liked it, but it needs more work and polish... Like the ability to turn off the dice cup (looks nice but is a pain). Nice job though, its a new type of app all together...

Needs a few fixes

I like the game but the piece movement needs change and stuck spaces insted of 3 or less it should be 4 and up

Not tuned

There is no point to this game. Everything is random. Money earned is pointless since you end up earning more than you will ever spend. Card and dice animations are slow and need to be sped up.

Boring

Goes to show that the ratings on here really dont tell you squat about an app. This game is boring. I rather play monopoly, scrabble, or hell even video poker.

Innovative indie boardgame

I have played through the game a few times now ( I bought it at 4.99 ). I do not think I appreciated the complexity of rules until I played through the first time. GamePlay: -Not based on just luck -Has real world scenarios for the cards -Animations are too high res and can play slow -Decisions about marketing affect the outcome of the game -The last 20 squares of the lap can make or break your score (depending on your decisions) -In depth rules screen, although you will get it after you are about 5 mins in Re-Playability: One gameplay session for me with one AI opponent was about 30 mins. The game has unlimited re playability since it is a board game and a different experience each time. I want to note that the game does save your position when a call comes in or you have to turn off the game. About the dice: While the die rolling appears at first to be random, I started to realize that by moving the cup and rolling in a certain way that I could increase my chances for the number I wanted. One neat thing about the cup is that the die is really moving in 3D and seems to have some advanced physics (thus being able to toss the phone upwards and the die will jump higher based on your swing) *Although here is one place that needs help. The die is sluggish, I found out that the die is made of 1000 polygons and that is what slows it down. Marketing: To pay or not pay when you approach the marketing square is one the core things about the game. But a neat thing about this game is that since they are an indie developer they did a few marketing things of their own and feature some marketing gurus like Guy Kawasaki in the game itself. The Company: Last thing to mention is the company behind the game. I talked to them at length and found that they are longtime gamers and really care about the gameplay experience. They are going to support the game and have some exciting plans for updates. In conclusion, I feel it was a great effort for a indie developer on a highly competitive gaming platform. While quite a few are liking the game to Monopoly, I think the gameplay really sets the game into a whole different class. Some things could have been done a little better but the company is going to listen to us and continue to improve.

Nice graphics, Candyland experience

This board game is mostly chance. You basically roll the die, move the piece and do what the space says. There are also annoying "Go back two spaces" spaces which is a sign of poor game design since the space you go back to never changes. There is a bit of gambling involved too. As you can buy insurance when getting close to certain spots. But really, theres no substance here and no strategy. The animations are too long too and the nifty dice cup is nifty the first two times, then it just makes you wish it would hurry up because the die rolls at a snails pace. The pieces move excruciatingly slow as well. I suggest getting Monopoly instead which is about the same price but offers a lot more in terms of substance and game play.

A Diamond In The Rough

This is a really interesting take on an iPhone app. It’s a simple concept but delivers lasting experience, and that’s hard to find with all the crap on the App Store. This is a game that you will definitely get hooked on, so if you have some free time you need to check it out!

No strategy...

Its kind of fun as board games go, but the entire thing is chance... The only strategy is marketing/no marketing and there is little reason not to spend the money every turn Need to be able to see 6 squares ahead before rolling. How about giving the CEO bonus to the first across the finish line. I finished quickly and was losing... Kind of sucked watching the computer rack up bucks and visitors over 4 more rolls while I just sat there. Agree with other commenters about speed. Id prefer to skip the computer die roll animation (with a screen tap or control panel option, perhaps)

Way Better Than I Thought

When I looked at this game, I was skeptical. But I was wrong. This game is overall great. No bugs, clean gameplay, and hours of fun. It is a classic board game that has been perfected and made very original. The price is very cheap for the quality of this game. Although the quality of the game seems to be lacking from the screenshots, I assure you that this game does not lack in any area. If you are on the edge of buying this game, I strongly recommend that you purchase it.

POS SJL

This "game" is weighted heavily towards the computer and is wayyyy overpriced @ $3 bucks, now thst I Think of it its overpriced for FREE !!!

Monoploy any one?

Wow great game graphics are nicely made and this game is worth 5 stars very easy! Very very fun and addicting! I am a iNetManic!

Unique Game Play

Enjoyed the game, graphics are awesome and some unique features that make the game different than others. First board game I have ever played on my iPhone. Game play is a little slow, I work two jobs and have a family so increased game speed will round this game out. CM

A Fine Game

This game is nice. Thats really all I have to say about it. The board game has an original concept, but not so original game play, which is livable for a board game. Its nice for multiplayer, up to four player support. My only major gripe is that playing it is SO SLOW! It should be twice as fast in all situations. Quickplay speeds up the pace slightly, bu not enough to keep you in the game. Other than that, the game is nice. The dice rolling minigame is fun and intuitive, and the graphics are pretty enough. Speed the game up, and Ill give it a little more attention.

I am an inetmaniac.

Any board game lover has to pick this up it is fun and random. All i know is i am an inetmaniac
